If for any reason your order arrives faulty or damaged, we’re here to help make it right.

Eligibility for Remedy / Refund

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (e.g., not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund by getting in contact at our email address at info@mychakrabuddies.com within 14 days of receiving the item. 

If MYCHAKRABUDDIES Ltd, fails to deliver by the estimated dates, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase including shipping within 14 days of receiving the failed delivery notice from the customer.

Refunds & Returns

`~Refunds will only be issued for faulty or damaged products upon arrival, or upon MYCHAKRABUDDIES Ltd failing to comply with delivery times.

~To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving/not receiving your order.

~Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before shipping for full refund. Once the order has been shipped, no refund will be available unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

~Your Name and order number

~A description of the fault or damage, date received/not recieved 

~Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Email all requests to admin@mychakrabuddies.com

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will:

~offer a repair (if minor fault)

~Offer a replacement (if stock is available), 

~Process a refund back to your original payment method

*Refunds may take up to 5–15 business days to appear in your account once processed*

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that are not faulty, including:

~Change of mind

~Personal dislike of colour or design

~Wear and tear from use

ALL products are in production, by pre-purchasing/pre-ordering you acknowledge the risk of products and delivery dates may vary slightly from previously advertised.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is faulty.

Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding Orders

As many MyChakraBuddies products are created through pre-orders or crowdfunding campaigns, refunds will not be available unless the product is faulty, or mychakrabuddies ltd fails to uphold delivery dates.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the production timelines provided and understand that delivery dates may vary slightly due to manufacturing, shipping or crowdfunding delays, and acknowledge the products themselves may vary slightly from what is advertised and understand the risk in pre-ordering or pre-purchasing a crowdfunding product.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

We recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel.
